Parc Riviera Preview
Expected to be completed in mid-2020, Parc Riviera is one of the latest property developments in West Coast Vale. The land was offered by Government Land Sales Program to six developers. Each of these developers submitted their own bids, and in the end, it has been awarded to El Development. The company bidded $314 million for the project. It is $10 million higher than the bid that has been submitted by the second highest bidder, Hoi Hup Realty, which reflects its strong confidence in the development.
El Development became interested with the lot after a careful evaluation, which revealed that while the demand is high, the supply is low. Parc Riviera aims to find the balance, providing residents with more options so that they can finally live in West Coast Vale. This new condo is going to be offered at competitive rates, making the developer anticipate that it will sell quickly.
