The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at West Coast Vale to EL Development Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site. The property developer submitted a bid of S$314.1 million or $551 per square foot per plot ratio for the 18,900-square-metre site near Jurong Lake District. The site has about 53,000 square meters in gross floor area.
